Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In-Store Purchases: For items purchased in-store, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds. However, we do provide the option for an exchange or store credit for eligible products. If 30 days have passed since your in-store purchase, we cannot process any returns, exchanges, or issue store credits.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must meet the following criteria:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. It should be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: To proceed with an exchange or store credit, we will require a receipt or any valid proof of purchase.

Please note that we kindly ask you not to send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as they are unable to process returns or exchanges on our behalf for in-store purchases.
