SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Golden Time Jewellers. We want your order to arrive
safely, securely, and on time. Below you'll find details on our shipping options,
processing times, packaging, and in-store pickup.
PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding
holidays). During peak periods (December, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) processing
may take an extra 1–2 business days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS — CANADA
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 CAD (Canada Post Expedited or
equivalent, 2–7 business days).
• Standard Shipping on orders under $100: $9.95 flat rate.
• Expedited Shipping: $19.95 flat rate (1–3 business days, where available).
SHIPPING OPTIONS — UNITED STATES
• Standard: $24.95 (5–10 business days).
• Expedited: $39.95 (3–5 business days).
Note: U.S. customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees levied at
the border.
PACKAGING & INSURANCE
All orders ship in branded Golden Time packaging, suitable for gifts. Orders over $500
are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance at no extra charge. For orders
under $500, signature confirmation can be added for $4.95 at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP
Free local pickup is available at our Devonshire Mall location: 3100 Howard Ave,
Windsor, ON. Most orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. You'll receive an email
when your order is ready. Bring photo ID matching the order name.
TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. If you don't see it,
check your spam folder or email info@goldentimejewellers.ca.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If a package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us within 48
hours at info@goldentimejewellers.ca. For lost packages, please contact us once 10
business days have passed since shipment so we can open a claim with the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE CANADA & U.S.)
We currently do not ship outside Canada and the United States online. For
international inquiries, please email info@goldentimejewellers.ca.
