We do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process any exchanges or issue store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be:

• Unworn and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase

Online Orders
Online purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the delivery date.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges or store credit may be provided within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the conditions above.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or special order items
• Any item showing signs of wear or damage

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer, as they are unable to process returns or exchanges on our behalf.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
