Warranty

All Watches purchased from Golden Time Jewellers will come with Manufacturer's full factory warranty. The periods of each warranty are different across the brands we carry. Any and all warranty issues will be handled directly with the watch Manufacturer.

As a condition to any warranty service duty, make sure to keep your purchase invoice along with any warranty certificate that comes with your purchase. Every purchase will include a warranty booklet regarding all information for the terms of repair.

The manufactures do not cover accidental damage done to the watch while in consumer's possession not caused by defect in material or workmanships. Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering with or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the Instructions.
